Living in such a stressful and fast paced world has resulted in many unable to cope with challenges faced. Participants in this workshop will learn to build a plan to continually sustain and rejuvenate themselves in order to lead a well balanced life. Participants will learn to integrate self care in their routines, learn strategies to address internal and external stressors and identify solutions to potential roadblocks in life. In addition, participants will get the opportunity to use art as a form of expression and to learn more about themselves.
