Beating burnout: Working from home

Due to technological advances and increasing work flexibility, many of us see ourselves telecommuting. This has definitely increased productivity but has also increased the burnout levels for employees as they see themselves greying out the areas of work and personal time. This workshop will address the challenges that comes with working from home and using self-care as a strategy to deter possible future burnout.

Benefit to employees

Participants learn to recognize the various symptoms of burnout, be aware of where they are at and takeaway practical strategies on how to cope with them.

  • Reflection activity - Folding origami, deep breathing exercises.
